Healing Chi Kung

Chi Kung teach moving meditation health practices that students
can use for themselves. Students learn general Healing
Chi Kung exercises to purify, strengthen and cultivate the three
treasures: Jing, Chi and Shen. The movements are gentle, meditative
and effective.
